Readers' Review of the Debut Edition of The
Observatory Journal (TOJ)

“Very Rich,...Robust
“ I have been going through the maiden edition of your Journal, the Observatory Journal, it is very rich, very juicy, very robust and what you are doing complements the humble efforts of the NBA and we will want to advise that you should not rest on your oars and at any time you need our assistance, please feel free to get in touch with us and we will readily give it.”
Chief Wole Olanipekun SAN, President of the Nigerian Bar Association, NBA

It is an Enlightening Journal
Thanks for sending a complimentary copy of the Observatory Journal which we have found very interesting. The interviews were really eye opening dealing as they did with issues in our administration of justice that a sitting civil regime has yet to summon the will required to deal with them effectively.

The interview with the publisher of the Squib was especially instructive. We fail to understand why Judges are uncomfortable with a publication that is fighting corruption and enthroning accountability in the judiciary. Except all the complaining Judges are corrupt as charged.

It was an enlightening publication and I hope we receive copies in future. However one had to strain his eyes considerably to see the letters. The contrast between the background on which the letters were printed and the letters themselves wasn't sharp enough. We hope you make the necessary adjustments. Overall, congratulations.
Basil Ugochukwu, Coordinator, Legal Defence Centre, Lagos.

We are Impressed
We must say emphatically that we are impressed with the quality of the journal and its contents. While we implore you to be focused on your set objectives, we wish the journal the very best of success.
Frank Damisa, For: Falana & Falana Chambers, Lagos
