Dear Reader, Access to Justice is conducting a field inquiry into the administration of the Federal High Court and the performance of its Judges. If you practice in the Federal High Court, or have information that might help our analyses or critique of how that Court, or its operational processes function, or how its Judges carry on their work, please send your comments to us at the address below. Your contributions can cover any matters which, in your opinion, have implications for: the ease of access to the court, the speed of justice delivery in the court, (or efficiency of justice delivery procedures), the administration of the court itself, the perception of integrity of the courts' judges, matters which affect the quality of the courts' decisions, the independence of judges, etc. You should draw linkages between your observations or comments and the way it implicates any of the issues raised above. We will consider your observations for publication. You could also choose to fill-out the anonymous questionnaire attached to this Journal. We are very grateful to those who make out time to respond to this invitation, and thank you for helping us contribute to improving the conditions and environment of justice delivery in Nigeria. Please send contributions, by mail, email or fax to: The Editor, |
